Limitation

This website is only responsible for drafting RTI application as per RTI best practices within our knowledge purview, finding correct PIO address and sending your application via speed post or registered post. We are not responsible for the delay or no response from PIO in respondint your queries and from postal services.


Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 to 48 hours notice required for cancellation. You can notify for instance via in person, via e-mail, mobile phone "sms" and/or fax. or any other accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve right to levy INR 15 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.


Refund Policy and Agreement Termination

Both Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any services agreement for any reason. This also includes ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where the service is deemed to have started and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. All Money that have been paid to us which constitue payment in respect of the provision of unused services will be refunded.


Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill). Nothing in this disclaimer will:
